Kempen makan sihat lagi. Malam ni menu simple saja tapi kenyang. Tunjuk gambar dulu kemudian resipi nya. Ok?
Ingredients
1. Grilled Chicken
200 gram of chicken meat (part of your choice. I chose breast)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Tumeric powder to taste
Chilli powder to taste
One tablespoon of olive oil
2. Salad
Cameron salad/Romaine/Butterhead/Coral
Red and green bell peppers
Red onion
Tomato
Lime juice
Steps:
1. Make sure chicken is fully defrosted.
2. Massage salt, pepper, tumeric powder, chilli powder and olive oil onto chicken.
3. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
4. Heat in oven at 220degree Celcius, 20-25 minutes depending on thickness of chicken meat.
For the salad, chop chop everything, stash in a bowl, sprinkle black pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.
